My Dad, my son, and I attended the Alaska Men’s Run on July 20, 2013. It was a great way to spend family time together and support a worthy cause at the same time. My wife, who worked with cancer patients before our son was born, volunteered at the event.
The Alaska Men’s Run unfortunately does not enjoy nearly the same support as the Alaska Women’s Run. The Men’s Run had approximately 3,000 participants while the Women’s Run has approximately ten times that. The Men’s Run really does need more support. If you’re interested in attending the Men’s Run next summer you can follow this link here. We sure could use your support.
