Scheme to Defraud, Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, and four counts of Tampering with Evidence are among the felony crimes he has been charged with. The charges as a result of the work of the Alaska State Troopers over the last seven months in reference to irregularities in standards at the crime lab and missing drug evidence in cases in Palmer.
